5 Companies That Have Awesome Customer Service


Don't you just hate terrible customer service? Rather it is in stores or online, I cannot tolerate is bad customer service. I mean no matter how much money I spend rather it be 1 cent or $500 dollars I want to always be treated with respect and kindness. So I thought it would be nice to share some companies that I think have awesome customer service. I will be speaking from a online shopper perceptive because in this day in age we spend more time ordering online than shopping inside of a store.



I have ordered from ColourPop many times and each and every time I am amazed by how well they treat me. I love the personalized post card that comes with each package, and I love how much information they include regarding every product they offer. Now there have been times when they have been late with shipping out my order, but they always acknowledge the fact that it was shipped late and give me a little something extra in my package. Most recently I got a free Lippie Stix, which made me a happy camper.

I placed my order on Beautylish last week, once I received my package I was impressed by the time they took to make sure my products were wrapped and secured. The package came with a note that was addressed to me personally and the person who prepared my package signed the inside of the box which made it feel even more personalized. The communication was awesome, they let me know about my order in every step and I never felt out of the loop. I will definitely place another order with them soon.
I typically do not like shopping online for body products because when it comes to scents I prefer a more personal experience so I go inside a local store. During Christmas time I place a order on their website since the candles were on sale for $7.50. The order shipped out quickly (and I know they were busy because the semi-annual sale had just begun).  I got a notification that the order had been delivered to my front door only to come home and find that it had been stolen. I was so disappointed, so I sent a email to the company stating what happen. Some companies do not take responsibility for stolen packages, but I received a email within an hour from the warehouse manager that said my replacement order has been shipped out. Now that is what I call awesome service.  


 If you don't have Amazon Prime, you are missing out. Free two-day shipping is the best thing ever when you are impatient like me. I love the fact that I can buy literally almost anything and get it in two days(Yes even on a Sunday). It is super informative with the status of each package and if there is a issue they notify me right away! If you are a student you get 6 months free and half off after the six months. Pretty awesome!!!

A while back I talked about some skin care I purchased from Kleenex. Well, I frequently order from them because I got all my family members hooked on their face wipes (they are so good). I love the fact that I can call them if I have any issues with my order. The staff is super nice and well trained.
